Our crystal chandeliers are always adorned with the highest quality crystal trimmings, which are produced on the most modern cutting machines. The chandeliers thus achieve an exceptionally high brilliance when lit, where the decomposition of the light spectrum through the crystal trimmings multiplies the power of the bulbs.

So if you buy a "crystal chandelier" made of ordinary glass or plastic, it will lack the essential refraction of light that only real crystal trimmings offer - the chandeliers do not sparkle and do not amplify the power of the light from the bulbs. To avoid disappointment, always be interested in the quality of the glass parts.

Don't worry about the power consumption. The crystal chandelier can be fitted with energy-saving LED bulbs. These are indistinguishable from conventional bulbs in shape and light output. Compared to the older type of conventional bulbs, you can expect up to 90% energy savings with LED technology.

We carefully package each chandelier so that this doesn't happen. Over years of experience, we have a sophisticated packaging system that maximally prevents damage to the chandelier during transport.

If the chandelier is still damaged during transit, please let us know. The chandeliers are insured, so we will send you replacement parts free of charge, or in the case of complete damage, a brand new chandelier.

A quality crystal can be recognized by several key characteristics such as clarity, light refraction and overall workmanship. Ordinary glass or acrylic plastics, the most commonly used materials in crystal imitation, do not have this characteristic.

The main characteristics of a quality crystal

✅ Purity and clarity
Quality crystal is absolutely clear, without bubbles, milky haze or impurities.
Cheap glass may have minor blemishes, a dull surface or a slightly greenish tint.

✅ Refraction and light scattering
Crystal breaks up light into a spectrum of colours (rainbow effect) due to its high refractive index.
If a chandelier "plays" with colourful reflections under the light, it is probably made of high quality cut crystal.

✅ Cutting and precision edges
High-quality crystal has sharp and precisely cut edges that ensure optimum light reflection.
Cheaper glass tends to be less sharply cut or pressed.

✅ Surface and durability
Luxury crystal is smooth, shiny and scratch resistant.
Cheap imitations may have a rougher surface or tarnish over time.
You can also detect imitation crystal by its weight. Imitations can be up to half the weight of a genuine crystal product.

The brass parts used for crystal chandeliers are protected from oxidation by a layer of high quality lacquer baked at temperatures above 150°C.

As long as this layer of the crystal chandelier, lamp or wall lamp is not disturbed, oxidation and thus blackening of the brass parts does not occur. Crystal parts are practically "eternal".

Let us know if you want your chandelier larger or smaller, have the arms or branches replaced, light bulbs removed or length of the chain adjusted. We're up for any challenge! What you get is a customized chandelier, just like how you wanted it.

If you have a unique design in mind, we make a custom chandelier just for you. All we need is a sketch or a picture of it. We consider all aspects of production and get back to you within a week — with our first draft and visualization.

The classic or modern chandeliers, wall lights and lamps are supplied without bulbs.
The chandelier can then be fitted with classic bulbs, halogen or LED bulbs at your discretion.

Nowadays, when time is precious for many people, we have a modern helper at hand. This is a special cleaning spray designed specifically for cleaning crystal chandeliers.

Make sure the chandelier is unplugged, turn it off and let the bulbs cool down. Unscrew them and seal the sockets with, for example, cotton swabs. Spread an old sheet or tablecloth under the chandelier. Spray the chandelier thoroughly with cleaning spray.

Any dirt will dissolve and run off on its own, dripping down onto the sheet.

After dripping the product, check that the entire chandelier is dry and that there is no moisture in the bulb sockets or in the bottom bowl that covers the chandelier's electrical wiring. You can remove any moisture, for example with a hairdryer. Then just screw the bulbs back in place, turn on the lights and enjoy your beautifully sparkling crystal chandelier again.

The installation of a crystal chandelier depends on its size, weight and design. While smaller models can be hung by yourself, larger and heavier chandeliers often require professional installation.
For standard sized chandeliers, they are assembled according to the enclosed instructions and drawing. To assemble, all you need are common tools and a little bit of skill. The average time to assemble a 6-arm chandelier including wiring is around two hours.

Can the chandelier be installed by myself?

✅ YES, if it is light (up to 10-15 kg)
- Normal ceiling anchoring is sufficient.
- Connection to standard electrical wiring.
- Can be hung from an existing hook.

❌ OR EXPERT INSTALLATION REQUIRED if:
- The chandelier weighs more than 15 kg (or special anchoring is required).
- You need to connect a dimmer or multiple lighting circuits.
- The ceiling is not strong enough (reinforcement required).
- Installation is in a high or hard to reach area.

📌 Tip: If you are unsure, leave the installation to an electrician or professional, especially for large or luxury chandeliers.
