Is it safe to transport the chandelier? What if the chandelier arrives damaged?
We carefully package each chandelier so that this doesn't happen. Over years of experience, we have a sophisticated packaging system that maximally prevents damage to the chandelier during transport.
We offer free shipping on all chandeliers. This applies to the entire European Union, excluding island states. The shipping cost to countries outside the EU will be displayed when you place your order.
If the chandelier is still damaged during transit, please let us know. The chandeliers are insured, so we will send you replacement parts free of charge, or in the case of complete damage, a brand new chandelier.
What If you damage the item yourself by careless handlin?
Also in this case, please send us an email to novakova@artcrystal.cz including photos. We will get back to you and together we will arrange a course of action - most often we send spare parts.
Are the crystal chandeliers well packed during the transport?
We have long time experience with the packing and sending of the goods to all over the world. Our system of packing complies with strict requirements of air transport as well. Chandeliers, floor lamps, table lamps are properly packed. There is a foam in the box which reduces impacts during the transport.
We send the lighting fixtures partially dismantled (the body of the lighting fixture, arms, dishes, chandelier trimmings, chains). The components are properly packed and marked. It is easy to assemble the chandelier according to instruction manual.
