What If Your Chandelier Gets Damaged During Transport
We pack our chandeliers with great care. If the chandelier still gets damaged during shipping, please let us know. Please take a photo of everything and email it to novakova@artcrystal.cz within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. As soon as we receive your complaint, we will inform you about the next steps. No need to worry, our chandeliers are always insured — if the goods get lost or damaged during transport, you'll get a replacement.
